The Fundraising Committee met on May 6, where Tom Wilkinson joined and agreed to serve as chairman.
There was a great deal of discussion and planning for the Treasures in the Trunk sale, which was scheduled for June 22. Unfortunately, the committee has just learned that Robins Hall is booked for that date and time and the people who booked it will need space for parking. We are now considering our options, which include rescheduling the sale for another Saturday this summer, or cancelling it until next year.
Quotes have been received for the T-shirts and two possible vendors were visited to check on the quality of their shirts. A decision of who to use will be made shortly and it is hoped the shirts can go on sale before the beginning of June.
